Vintage Schwinn Bicycle Reference Books & More

   So I've decided to knock together a page that will show all the different Schwinn head badges for which I can find images.  Before WW2 and even for many years after the war, Schwinn bikes were adorned with hundreds of different badges.  There are a couple dozen that are fairly common, and then there are scores more that were used by small hardware stores and others.  So I'm just pulling images off of eBay and forums and whatnot. 

    And I'm not a pre-war expert, so some of the badges identified as Schwinn may not have actually been used on Schwinn bikes.  If you're a pre-war expert and have any pictures you'd like to send over, or see any badges here that were not used on Schwinn bikes, do let me know.

    In a perfect world I'd like to put together a professionally photographed book of all known Schwinn badges.  Ain't gonna happen anytime soon.
